Christal Cammock

In 2016, I earned my bachelor’s degree in public accounting and finance at Brooklyn College City University of New York. After working in the accounting field, I knew something was still missing, so I went on to get my Juris Doctorate at St. John’s University School of Law. At St. John’s University School of Law, I was the President of the Bankruptcy Law Society; Coordinating Director of the law school newspaper; and Annotate and Notes Editor for the Real Property & Law ABA Journal. Additionally, I worked for two years as a student attorney for children on family court matters along with Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Removal Proceedings, and Asylum in Federal Immigration Court.

Admitted to the New York State bar; Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York.

Christal A. Cammock, P.C. was established by Christal Cammock who also serves as the principal attorney of our law firm.  She was inspired to open the firm due to the national COVID-19 situation impacted the access of communities in Jamaica and the rest of New York to professional legal assistance.

By November 24, 2020, our business was fully incorporated.

Prior to starting her own practice, Christal Cammock worked in the field of landlord/tenant, immigration, bankruptcy, divorce and handling various civil, federal, and immigration litigations.
